In 1998 Ian co-founded ChangeBEAT which has over fifty leading IT customers including CA, EMC, Panasonic, Hitachi, Microfocus and Xansa. ChangeBEAT helps IT and technology companies transform and improve their businesses.
Ian is a Cambridge graduate who has worked in the IT industry for more than 25 years. Previously he has worked in sales, account management, brand and business management for IBM and was commercial director at Softwright, a specialist software development company.
