The Workstream is tasked with examining how the procurement environment and general commercial relationship with public sector clients can be optimised for the successful delivery of the required outcomes and to maximise benefit delivery.

The workstream seeks to proactively engage with OGC and raise the level of discussion between government and industry for successful outcomes.

Amongst the issues covered by the workstream are the following focus areas:

1. Terms and conditions and their commercial implications
2. Framework agreements
3. Strategic procurement
4. Commercial management
