Cindy Barnes Greener Consulting
Cindy is the MD and founder of Greener Consulting who grow sales for companies in the technology and professional service sectors.
As Business Development Director, she co-created a new business unit within Capgemini that achieved a sales value of £83m and a weighted pipeline of £309m from a zero start in 12 months. Cindy also has a strong NPD background. She developed the first CRM solution for Capgemini which won her an award from the then CSSA and developed a new product for part of the Panavision Group which is still their most profitable product to date.
Her experience covers a range of sectors across many functions from managing large scale unionised factories through to developing board level business strategy.
