Lockheed Martin UK Integrated Systems

After graduating from Vanderbilt University BS Math/Computer Science with Cum Laude Honours, he joined IBM in 1981 as a programmer in Poughkeepsie New York.  During his time there he held various technical and management positions, supporting the manufacturing robotics and management systems for the, at the time, largest IBM mainframe computers.

In 1987 he moved to the Washington DC area to join IBM Federal Systems Division where he worked on a variety of classified programmes.  In 1996, he moved to the UK to join the Lockheed Martin and BT bid team for the £2 Billion Initiative to provide Defence Fixed Telecommunications Services for the Ministry of Defence (DFTS).  On the DFTS contract he held management positions in IT, Business Architecture, and in Programme Management.

In 2003 Bob became the Managing Director for Lockheed Martin UK - Transportation and Security Solutions.  LMUK TSS provides Border Security, Identity Management, Law Enforcement, Enterprise Records Management, and Air Traffic Management Solutions for the UK and EMEA.
