Bill is a well-known and reputed outsourcing and IT lawyer with experience in all aspects of contract, outsourcing and IT law.

He has led many teams advising on large and very complex IT procurement and outsourcing projects. Bill is widely recognised in the marketplace as being pre-eminent in the outsourcing arena. In the 2005/6 edition of Chambers UK he was described as one of the best outsourcing specialists in the UK. He is a regular speaker at conferences and has published widely in the IT and outsourcing field.

He is Chair of The Society for Computers and Law and is Vice Chair of Intellect’s Legal Affairs Group.  His clients include IT companies, banks, financial institutions and airlines.
