Following a degree in Economics and Social Science at London and postgraduate research at Oxford, Geoff Llewellyn has a track record of change management and business development spanning nearly thirty years of work in the public and private sectors.
In the public sector, he delivered change programmes in the Manpower Services Commission, the BBC, and the Post Office.
In the past decade of working in private sector IT services and consultancy (Sema, Atos Origin and Siemens Business Services) he both sold and delivered major managed-service and consultancy programmes to achieve business improvement for public and private sector clients.
Establishing RPM Business Consulting in early 2006, he has undertaken assignments for some of the industry leaders and for niche players seeking to address the public sector market.
Over the past five years much of his work has focused on Road Pricing, Identity Management and the ID card scheme on which he has been a frequent conference speaker and has published several articles.
