We have over 30 years experience of providing high quality, cost effective software escrow solutions that allow any company to deposit valuable intellectual property such as software source code with an independent third party.

Our service offers a range of flexible and watertight contractual arrangements designed to protect organisations that are reliant on business critical assets they do not own.

With the supplier’s agreement, we act as the custodian for these assets, ensuring that if the supplier’s business fails or if they are unable to maintain their contractual obligations, the material can be accessed and released to the end user.

Event Management Service

Intellect's events team has a strong reputation with considerable experience in both the public and private sector. We have developed close contact with venues, hotels, AV companies, designers and printers, catering companies, marquee providers, speaker and entertainment agencies. Every event is customised from beginning to end to deliver the specific objectives of the individual client. We understand the importance of budgetary control and always complete on or within target.

Intellect supports members' businesses at an operational level in a variety of ways and with services targeting the sales, marketing, HR, legal, finance and procurement functions. Our aim is to continually improve the commercial benefits in order that membership becomes self-financing for an increasing number of companies and that we are the first port of call for business information and advice.

Intellect's training programme is designed to meet our members' business needs. Training is offered in two areas: knowledge-based training to help you understand your markets and skills-based training to help you enhance the professional skills needed to operate in these markets effectively.

Equity based staff rewards for tough times from RM2

Employee share schemes are already commonplace in UK quoted companies. These often take the form of share options or awards of shares which are released to employees over time on the achievement of performance targets. Now, however, smaller companies are using specially designed schemes, such as the government sponsored Enterprise Management Incentive, to help them get through tough times. These schemes not only provide effective incentives for staff members but also offer the potential to save large amounts of tax and conserve cash.

Free use of Intellect meeting rooms

Intellect members are entitled to four half days free use per year of our Central London meeting rooms. There is a choice of room sizes from small meeting rooms to conference-size rooms.

AV equipment and our wireless gateway are provided free of charge. For a small charge, catering can also be organised for your delegates.

Good speakers are hard to come by. As the association for the information technology, telecommunications and electronics sector, Intellect's speaker library provides a valuable (and FREE) resource for anyone looking for a speaker for their event.

Our staff and members provide expertise across the broad spectrum of sector issues from broadband to eGovernment. All speakers are intimately familiar with the challenges facing the industry today and are prepared to address any number of issues.
