Doing IT business in India
Following on from Intellect’s successful mission to NASSCOM (the Indian equivalent to Intellect) in January 2008, NASSCOM made a return visit to the UK from October 15-17. This was the first ever NASSCOM SME mission to the UK, which was sponsored by UK Trade and Investment (UKTI).
The purpose of the mission was to form partnerships between Indian and UK IT SMEs. Intellect is convinced that partnering with Indian IT companies is a win-win opportunity and a way for UK companies to grow their profits and their reach.
The mission included an SME Partnering Day, hosted by Intellect, which consisted of a series of presentations on our respective markets, a moderated speed networking session aimed at identifying potential partnerships, and a visit to the London Stock Exchange.
