The session will explore contactless payments and what Boots, as a major high street retailer, sees as the challenges and opportunities to greater adoption from a business perspective. We will be joined by Julian Niblett, head of Retail Operations Development at Boots, who will be able to draw on his expertise and experience in payments, till processes, self checkout and store operations processes and use of technology. Julian has a strong background within the retail sector and this will be a great opportunity for members to question a major high street player, operating on the front line of payments, on the future of contactless payments from major retailer's perspective.
