SIB Board Member - Liz Whitaker

Director, Enforce-IT

Liz Whitaker, MBA set up Enforce-IT Ltd in 2007 to cater for the IT needs of companies and authorities performing enforcement activities both in the UK and overseas markets.

Based in Northampton, UK, Liz spent the first 18 years of her career with Compex Development & Marketing Ltd, a privately-owned software house. Throughout her time at the company, she was closely involved in software development and support for the Road Traffic Regulations Act (1984), Road Traffic Act (1991) and, more recently, the Traffic Management Act (2004) working with both private and public sector organisations.

Liz was appointed to Compex's Board of Directors in 2000 following the sale of the company in 1999 to VINCI, the Paris-based construction and services company. She took over as Managing Director in early 2004.

Liz left Compex at the end of 2006 following the sale of the company to a competitor.
