Sysdoc Ltd demonstrates commitment to excellence with BPC

With its origins in New Zealand, Sysdoc Ltd has set an example of best practice in their London office, which the company’s other international branches hope to replicate.  Improved internal processes particularly in HR and project management have already helped the company in bidding for new business, ahead of completing the scheme. 

Clare Hill, UK CEO and Morgan Hopkins, consulting services executive, received the London-based SME’s certificate from Intellect’s deputy director general Tom Wills-Sandford, at an event at Intellect’s offices. 

Developed by Intellect, the BPC enables companies to demonstrate their professionalism and commitment to quality across their operations. The BPC programme has been created by experienced industry professionals who are already developing and sharing best practice and who are motivated to improve their own standards and supporting the reputation of the industry. It is an assurance of professionalism to clients that want to work with suppliers committed to attaining high standards.

The scheme has been praised by Mark Prisk MP, Minister of State for Business and Enterprise who said: “I am pleased to support the Business Professional Certificate scheme and congratulate those companies who have successfully completed the process. The BPC scheme covers ten components: Information Security Policy, Business Continuity, Project Management, Proposal Review, Customer Care, Corporate Social Responsibility, Human Resources, Customer References, Professional Indemnity and Escrow.
