As the G-Cloud programme starts to gain some traction in central government, with government plans to launch the first tranche of the G-Cloud catalogue in February, this session will look at cloud computing's potential in the healthcare market.
Kevin Holland, NHS Connecting for Health, who has been involved in the G-Cloud programme for two years, will give his views on the use of cloud in health as well as looking at what prospective areas he envisages cloud to become more common in the coming years. Tim Wilson of NHS East London and City will also join us to discuss his experiences of implementing a system to address the need to share secured information within his organisation and the lessons he learnt from the process.
