This group session will look at the technological changes local government are embracing to enhance their engagement with citizens and improve users experience.
Alasdair Mangham from Camden Council and Tom Baker will be joining us to share their experience of channel shift from their respective councils. We will then be joined by Carrie from Futuregov who will be talking about the work they have done with councils to incorporate social media into their future engagement.
