Responses to previous questions are also available to members on our website, meaning intelligence is literally at your fingertips. Our helpline is operated by experienced CIPD-qualified advisors, who are available to answer any HR-related query. Advisors have experience of handling enquiries from a diverse range of industries, and are available to speak to between 09.00 to 18.00 Monday to Friday.

Through our helpline system we have access to the complete history of enquiries for each client, enabling any advisor to pick up a previous enquiry and advise without the client having to explain previous events.

All telephone advice is followed up by an email summarising the main points of the advice we have given, and laying out your best course of action. All enquiries are kept confidential.
