UK Trade & Investment

UK Trade & Investment is the government organisation that helps UK-based companies succeed in the global economy and assists overseas companies to bring their high quality investment to the UK.

The UKTI ICT Team supports a range of activities aimed at aiding UK ICT companies expand their businesses overseas. This support can take many forms, from Outward and Inward Missions to providing pitch training and specialist seminars. High quality assistance and knowledge is provided through a combination of UK and foreign market based staff, who work in conjunction to provide tailored programmes and location specific market research.

In addition to these activities, the UKTI ICT team is also currently involved in work to develop a UK ICT Marketing Strategy. This collaboration between government and industry is working to provide effective marketing materials and information, so that UK businesses and other relevant stakeholders can more effectively market the strengths of the UK ICT industry as a whole.
