It is vital that your documentation is submitted correctly to allow Intellect to assess it.

You must produce an indexed Evidence Pack, with documentation for each of the Performance Criteria filed in order, matching the numbered list in the Briefing Document.

Tailored company evidence for each Performance Criteria should be supplied in one or more of the following formats:

• copies of certificates (with valid dates)
• tailored company policy documentation
• framework documentation
• process and procedure documentation
• evaluation forms
• certificates of attendance
• copies of agendas and minutes
• copies of web pages
• contact details of references

The Evidence Pack should be sent by registered post to:
