To increase your chances of success, make things as simple as possible for the assessors at Intellect.

Work through the Performance Criteria Checklist sheet and make sure nothing is missing. If it is, make sure you sort that out before you submit your evidence.

Then collate all of your documents carefully. You must produce an indexed Evidence Pack, with documentation for each of the Performance Criteria given in order, numbered to match the list in the Briefing Document (PDF 82KB, members only).
